In the fall of 2023, EVE INITIATIVE ratified its official bylaws and organisational statement, converting an informal founding effort into a structured, accountable institution.
The statement codifies a founding committee, a general assembly, and an executive structure with defined lines of authority — the governance layer that lets EVE be audited, partnered with, and trusted to administer external funds.
