Iraq does not lack apps. It lacks a place where the civic things — verifying a claim, learning a language, finding lawful work, preserving a photograph, asking a question in public — belong to the same account, in the same three languages, under rules anyone can read.
What it is
Not a portfolio of apps sharing a logo. One account, one identity, one permission model, one language setting — and sixteen services that can hand work to each other because they were designed together.
A learner who finishes an English unit can be surfaced to a verified employer. A photographer who uploads to the heritage archive can be paid through the same profile that carries their copyright. A claim challenged in Radar can be cited in a Wiki article and put to a public poll. None of that is possible when the pieces are separate products.
Arabic, Kurdish and English are peers in the interface, not translations bolted on afterwards. Right-to-left is a first-class layout, not a stylesheet patch.
Scoring and moderation decisions are written to an append-only record, so a result can be explained to an independent evaluator months later rather than defended on trust.
Learning and hiring are free to every user, permanently. No jobseeker pays to be considered on merit, and no learner pays to be assessed.

Why one app
Every capability below exists somewhere. What does not exist is all of them addressable by the same person, in the same session, in Kurdish.
| Capability | Separate apps | liiink |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | A new account, and a new reputation, per service | One verified profile carried everywhere |
| Kurdish | Rarely supported; almost never for the whole flow | A peer language across all sixteen modules |
| Learning → work | A certificate the hiring platform cannot read | An assessed result the employer view can filter on |
| Accountability | Ranking and moderation logic is closed | Append-only audit record, published methodology |
| Cost to the user | Subscriptions, or attention sold to advertisers | Free for learning and hiring, permanently |
No demo environment, no sales call. The platform is public and running — open it, change the language, and look for the seams.
